Useful information

• Check-in: Available from 5 PM to 8 PM. Early or late arrivals may be arranged upon request and subject to an additional fee and availability.
• Check-out: By 10 AM.
• Reception: Open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Outside these hours, assistance is available by appointment.
• Breakfast: Served between 08:00 and 10:00.
• In-suite Amenities: Each suite is equipped with air conditioning, minibar, kettle, Smart TV (55" or 43"), complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, window shutters, hairdryer, and a safety deposit box. Oasis Suites also include a kitchenette.
• Housekeeping: Linen is changed every three days.
• Parking: Easily available on the street just outside the Dimora. Dedicated on-site parking is available for guests staying in the Oasis Suites.
• Additional services: Luggage storage. Private transfers to and from Brindisi Airport, Bari Airport and Lecce train station, available upon request, subject to an additional fee and availability.

House guidelines

• Age policy: The Dimora welcomes guests aged 14 and over.
• Pet Policy: Not permitted for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in any indoor and outdoor common areas, including terraces and the solarium.
• Payment Information: Bank transfer and credit or debit card are accepted.
