Breakfast is a daily ritual, prepared with care and served in the garden by the pool.
It includes locally sourced ingredients, both sweet and savoury: fresh ricotta and cheeses, eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables, yogurt, honey, artisanal jams, freshly baked pasticciotti, and bread from a local bakery.
Each day, Patrizia also prepares a homemade cake, reinterpreting traditional recipes with a lighter touch.

Upon request, aperitifs and private dinners are prepared for guests of the Dimora.
The cuisine is inspired by the culinary traditions of Puglia and the wider Mediterranean, focusing on seasonal ingredients and a light, contemporary approach.
The intention is simple: food that is generous in flavour, yet light and balanced.
